Louise Simson Sculptures

Between 2001 and 2014 I sculpted the Men’s champions and runners up at Wimbledon.

My focus is on movement, and I have sculpted on commission a variety of subjects - including a ballet dancer, David Beckham, copies of old Masters and even a mole!

Sculptures of mine can be found in the AELTC Museum collection as well as on display in the Chilean Embassy in London. I am from London, and am currently based in Versailles, France.

Edward Alleyn by Louise Simson, Dulwich Village, 2005

For 13 years, I created sculptures from photographs chosen by the players themselves or their teams to present to the players the following year at Wimbledon. In this time, I created sculptures of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, and more!

Each of the players have their sculptures in their personal collections. The All England Lawn and Tennis Club Museum also have a copy of one each of Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, & Murray.

You can now add these sculptures to your own collection. Click below for more information, and please Contact Us for any purchasing enquiries.
